- Anaphylaxis Australia Inc is a charitable, non-profit organisation established in 1993 to support and assist those affected by anaphylaxis.
- Asthma Foundation of Victoria
- The Asthma Foundation Victoria provides anaphylaxis training programs throughout Victoria and is a highly regarded collaborator of the Ilhan Foundation Childrens Hospital at Westmead. The Ilhan Foundation has invested $35,000 in allergy research at Childrens Hospital at Westmead.
- Australian Society for Clinical Allergy and Immunology (ASCIA)
- ASCIA and the Ilhan Foundation consult each other on a number of community and research initiatives of shared interest.
- Victorian Department of Human Services
- The Ilhan Foundation has worked with DHS as a member of the Anaphylaxis Ministerial Working Party. DHS was also a key supporter of the Ilhan Foundation's 2007 Scientific Conference.
- Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development
- DEECD has consulted with the Ilhan Foundation in preparing the Victorian Anaphylaxis Management Legislation (pending) and was a key supporter of the Foundation's 2007 International Scientific Conference
- Royal Childrens Hospital
- The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation supports the Allergy Clinic based at the Royal Childrens Hospital
- Murdoch Childrens Research Institute
- The Foundation has committed $450,000 towards research based at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute
- The Alfred Hospital
- The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation has provided $560,000 towards peanut allergy research conducted at the Alfred Hospital.
- Firbank Grammar School
- The Foundation has worked closely with Firbank Grammar School to develop the "Health Living Program" and the "Fast Ideas Safe recipes for Kids" cookbook.
